What should I expect?
Some people call it coaching. Others call it healing.
In your session, you’ll work with Kyra to achieve the personal transformation you’re seeking. She combines techniques from life coaching, psychological models, Qigong principles, and mindfulness practices to personalize your session(s).
Activities may include: intuitive listening, guided healing meditation, beneficial Qigong exercises, practical advice, and additional resources to help you heal yourself.
Sessions do not include long distance, psychic or reiki healing, or medical advice.

Valerie’s Story
After my initial hand surgery, I had to have three more surgeries in three days leaving me in tremendous pain. In my healing session, Kyra guided me to imagine dew drops of pain releasing from my fingertips.
With her continued guidance, I could feel and see the pain and the burning sensation gush through the surgeon’s incisions and far away from my body. I’m still reaping the benefits of our session weeks later.
