Use your energy to free yourself

Join us via Zoom for this surprisingly simple approach to feeling better. You’ll barely break a sweat and you’ll shine brighter when you’re done.

Really. It’s a thing.

We offer live classes twice a week to help you move your qi (energy), let go of excess emotion, melt away stress, calm your mind, and release unwelcome sensations from your body.

You’ll leave feeling energized, peaceful, and hopeful about living life on your own terms.

Virtual Live Classes with Kyra

  • Qigong is a centuries-old practice to purge, tonify, circulate, grow, and reintegrate energy in your body. Our approach combines guided meditation, visualization, and gentle body movements. Think of it as moving meditation. There’s nothing to memorize, no equipment needed, and you can stand, sit or lie down to practice.

Curious about how it’s different from yoga or tai chi? Check out the FAQ.

  • We create a safe, relaxed space for you to get in touch with yourself—body, brain, and heart—without judgement, analysis, or talking. You’ll learn techniques you can use throughout your day to calm, ground, and re-energize, even when you’re at work or dealing with the stress of daily life.

Join other students in their experience of this class:

"That was soooooo awesome. I feel so fresh and energized!"

"That was powerful. I really enjoyed it!"

"I can't believe how profoundly effective just one session was for me."
